Hello @noahmawagali3550, branch loans are automatically recovered on the due date as per the loan agreement if the account is funded. For CenteMobile loans, kindly log into the app, go to CenteMobile loans, select pay loan, pick the loan type you applied for from the drop down and follow prompts. You will see options of full, partial and monthly loan payment and choose accordingly. You may also use the USSD(*211#OK). ^AJ.

You will get an invoice indicating the price of the tractor and take it to the branch credit department so that your contribution towards its purchase is determined before it’s bought. Hello @evelynnabbumba2375, to invest in treasury bills and bonds, you are required to be physically present at any of our branches while in the country. The bonds have maturities of 2, 3, 5 and 10 years with minimum investment of 100,000/= and the interest earned is got from maturity value and the cost of the bid which is negotiated and determined at the branch. Application requirements are: Investor’s names, address and full identification documents, Filled in Bond application form and the amount of money to pay for the full bid if successful (should be on account). Please dial *211#OK, select CenteMobile, input the CenteMobile PIN not the ATM PIN, select send money, choose mobile money and follow prompts. Alternatively, you may use the CenteMobile app. ^AJ.

Kindly download the CenteMobile APP from Google play store or App store and select and select the CenteOn the Go Account opening Option, select preferred Account type from the available list of Accounts and select any account of your choice then Scan or take a picture of the face of the National ID, capture a self-taken passport size photo, scan a hand-written signature, Complete the form by providing details as per Account opening requirements, Click submit. An email alert or SMS notification will be sent to you with an authorization code i.e, a One Time Password (OTP). Input the OTP to confirm authorization and submit details. The account will be activated within 48 hours and the details shared via SMS notification or e-mail alert. Also note that the initial deposit on the account will be made after account has been fully opened. ^BM
